Luca holds a law degree in both Italy and Belgium and a Master's in Political Science. He is a member of the Brussels’ Bar and practices in an international law firm.

Luca is a quite unique case on the Italian legal scene. 

He divides his time between Europe and Africa. He has an in-depth knowledge of this continent where he lived and where he has been working for several years advising, assisting and representing local and international companies, governments and investors in a wide range of economic sectors. 

Luca’s competences are broad and range from commercial to corporate. His practice naturally embodies OHADA law.

Luca is also strongly engaged in project finance, PPP, public and private tenders and supports his clients in penetrating African markets.

As an experienced litigator, Luca handles complex litigation, leading national and international procedures and arbitrations. This background makes him especially able in drawing up all kinds of contracts and agreements. 

Luca is the author and co-author of several articles on African business law. He is a bilingual Italian-French and is fluent in English and Spanish.
